Charter box was crushed by fallen tree & electrical wires are exposed. Charter responded but did nothing! Electrical safety issue to all kids, pets & people in the neighborhood.

We have received your issue and after review this appears to be an issue for the cable, phone, or power company. This issue was routed to the Public Utilities Department and we handle water/sewer related problems. I would like to point you in the right direction.
