Thanks for your request. We will evaluate this location, let you know of our findings, and notify abutting property owners if racks will be installed. Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.

Thank you! It would be nice if some of the smaller, "circular" ones could be placed, even if only a few, but I understand about ADA limitations.

Locations for 3 bike racks have been identified and are marked on the sidewalk with white dots. These racks will be installed within 6-12 months. If you wish to inquire further, please email bikerack@cambridgema.gov.
