City workers installed a new water meter and enclosure box in my yard last week The contractors installing fiber optic cables in the neighborhood promptly drove a truck over the enclosure forcing the enclosure down into the ground . I would request that the city come back out and check for any damage and correct the placement of the enclosure .,.
